  1. bittersweet feeling -- I had to bow out of something with only part of the work completed, because I'm unable to complete it. It was a completely different kind of thing than the quilt. It was the right choice. I'm both glad and a little sad that I have something to celebrate.

      Because admitting to yourself and then admitting to others that you are not going to be able to do something is a blow to the ego and...I don't like letting people down or making things harder for them. Anyway. Vagueposting.

          update from medical testing prep -- mental capacity has definitely gone downhill while fasting today. But desire for connection has ... kinda? gone up. That or sleeping. Who knows.
