    I definitely had a brief breakdown re: staffing shortages/impacts about a year and a half ago before I, fortunately, was able to internalize part of what she's saying here... that it's management's responsibility to take that on.

      That's not to say I think my middle managers can just fix it. But "this is what we can do based on staffing levels" has to be conveyed both up the chain and to each other. My internalizing responsibility or guilt about it is completely unproductive since I only have social power.
