      but the joke is inspired by the fact that we DID print a BUNCH of copies of the catalog on microfilm in the 80s, talking like 20 copies!!

        When the catalog ballooned in size in the years between two printings (this was not something you could do regularly) we printed so much that the microfilm folks on campus apparently told us not to come back to them! (we paid, but time & supplies & etc were run through)
