    @BlueNoTwo @rschon a) are there libraries... promoting... Scihub? would love to see a citation. b) our library is paying millions to academic publishers -- even libraries that would be using Scihub would be doing the same c) "state actor" 👀 that's reductive for sure.

      @BlueNoTwo @rschon I've only ever used it as part of a usability/discovery experiment because I'd heard people say they find things a lot more easily on there and the publishers we're paying millions + the discovery services could all definitely learn from that.
