  1. Thinking about website design and communications. I appreciate that the CDC’s website has added a message that they update numbers at noon and that those numbers are from 4pm the day before (are times Eastern? It could use a little more clarification)

      This message says "here's when you can check back, you don't have to keep refreshing and being unsure when thins will change" it also says "this is how recent the data is" -- which is not immediate but not too old. I appreciate that kind of design as a user.
