  1. Unsure from Dropout podcast if Elizabeth Holmes considers it significant that she drew a time machine at 7 and her parents didn’t stop her. Uhm. It didn’t work? Like. It’s good for ANY child to draw stuff and not be discouraged. A+. I drew detailed architectural plans!

      And my parents didn’t discourage me! They looked at my plans for rooms of books. But. Any decent parent would affirm it, maybe suggest that you might make it when you grow up! The opposite would be signs of a dysfunctional family.

        Maybe it’s being positioned weird but in other stuff I’ve read, she has said similar things. It’s not unusual that a child would draw a “full schematic” for a time machine. It’s weird and adult would still think that was significant.

            It’s also only a “full schematic” if you are seven and enjoying your imagination or a proud parent enjoying your kid’s imagination.
