@locogirlp @LJinBC I'd eat them well-cooked! But... I've skinned various animals myself and the return for work on a squirrel would be so little. Similarly, I felt a kinship with my great-grandmother when doing heritage chickens which are also SO small/so much work. (she hated chicken-plucking)
